From beaches to mountains and waterfalls, elephants and coconuts, melons and pineapples. Surfing and Supping, foiling and kiting we will have something for everyone. We encourage you to bring your loved ones and combine a week of learning with a week of joy and fun.

HOW TO GET HERE?

Book flights to Phuket International Airport (HKT). 

If that's not directly available then you can book flights to Bangkok (BKK/DMK) Airport  and then on to Phuket. There are more than 30 flights per day.

We will arrange transfers for you to and from Phuket International Airport inclusive as a dealer or part of the package for accompanying parties. 

VISA?

For most western countries it is NOT NECESSARY to get a VISA and most others can get a VISA ON ARRIVAL (VOA). Please check this page to see requirements for your nationality. 

WHAT ELSE CAN YOU DO?

Khao Lak is full of beauty and amazing places just waiting to be explored. We have a number of additional activities that can be arranged, suitable for all ages. From water sports to waterfalls, boxing, yoga, cooking classes and everything in between. We will continue to update options, availability and pricing in the lead up to the meeting. 

(May 1st) Day 1: The first day will consist of Arrivals and Introductions. Get settled in to your beautiful room at the Apsara beachfront resort, check out the great facilities and amazing beach at your door step. Sit back after a long journey and enjoy a cocktail on the beach to unwind, or go for a 20km paddle on one of our available SUP race boards. Essentially do whatever you like to get settled in for an adventurous, informative week of fun. Introductions will start in the evening at the beach at the Apsara around 17:00. 

(May 2nd) Day 2: The second day will be made up of product testing, scoring some sick waves or wind and a bunch of other extra curricular recreational activities. The demo will start at the beach from the early morning, throughout the day there will be options to try out activities such as Thai Boxing, Thai Cooking Class, Skate Workshops, and much, much more. 

(May 3rd) Day 3: The third day is where things start to get a little more serious, the main meetings will take place. We will be spending the day in the conference room at the Apsara beachfront resort, talking shop about all things, lunch will be provided at the resort. In the evening, a secret trip to an undisclosed location will be taking place. This one is for adults only and may include experiences that you never want to re-live. 

(May 4th) Day 4: The fourth day is about winding back down. After a day of meetings and traumatic experiences, it’ll be nice to kick back a little and enjoy the scenery. Throughout the day there will be time to explore the surrounding areas, do some activities and get in the water. In the evening we will have a factory tour and dinner party at The Board Factory. 

(May 5th) Day 5: The fifth day is where we say goodbye to some, for others it will be time for a new adventure. For the adventurers, we will be heading to Rajjaprabha Dam for an overnight trip to a floating hotel. The atmosphere and place is beautiful and completely cut off from the outside world. With amazing food, cool caves, scenic countryside and great paddling conditions, there is something for everyone. Unless of course you’d like connection to the internet, there is none of that. 

(May 6th) Day 6: The sixth day will consist of a journey back to Khao Lak and The Board Factory. The official meeting and plans will have come to an end, and all are free to continue along with the rest of their journeys.
