SUNOVA STATE LONGBOARD SERIES 2008

Round # 1 - Yallingup.

Supported by Sunova Surfboards, Sunsmart, Yallingup Beach Holiday Park & Surfing wa.

The new breed of WA longboarders step up in Yallingup.

The Sunova State Longboard Series bounced down at one of the traditional locations of the sport, Yallingup Mainbreak. The 'aboriginal place of love', turned it on and delivered the goods on the weekend for the competitors vying for WA state team selection.

Round # 2 – Avalon Point, Mandurah WA.

Crazy conditions wipe out day one of competition, while Goddard blitzes opponents with a near perfect display.

New champions were crowned and old records were broken on the final day of the Oxbow Australian Longboard Titles today.

Held at North Haven beach in epic, two-metre conditions the action that transpired was awe inspiring, as competitors pushed the limits.
